Refuse were from Iwaki city in Fukushima prefecture. I was in a band called the "Crankys" and we lived in Koriyama. We were friends with Refuse and played with them several times around 1999-2001.
IIRC the 3D glasses were something that they wore on stage sometimes. That's why a pair was included with the release.
